Fresh-Activated Soil Care in Three Simple Steps
Terracovas is a two-part soil care system designed to make professional soil science simple enough for everyday plant owners.
Instead of bottling everything together and letting ingredients sit for months, Terracovas keeps the dry Soil Reef blend and liquid Bio-Catalyst separate until the moment you water. When you mix them with water, you create a fresh, activated solution that supports the soil around your plant’s roots.
No brewing.
No fishy smell.
No messy measuring spoons.
Just mix, swirl, and water.
Why Terracovas Is Different
Most plant foods focus on feeding the plant for the moment. Terracovas is designed to support the soil environment that plants depend on over time.
Our system combines two complementary parts:
Soil Reef
The dry Soil Reef sachet contains mineral and carbon-based ingredients, including biochar, that help create structure in the soil. Biochar does not dissolve like a synthetic fertilizer. Instead, it stays in the soil and helps create a habitat-like environment where beneficial soil life can develop.
Think of it like building a tiny reef beneath your plants.
Bio-Catalyst
The liquid Bio-Catalyst contains naturally derived soil-supporting ingredients such as humic substances, kelp-based inputs, and molasses. These ingredients help energize the root-zone environment when mixed with water and applied directly to the soil.
Together, the Soil Reef and Bio-Catalyst create a fresh soil drench that is simple, clean, and easy to use.
The Terracovas Ritual
Step 1: Prep the Reef
Fill your watering can with 1 gallon of water.
For best results, use rainwater, filtered water, or dechlorinated water when available.
Tear open one Soil Reef sachet and pour the full contents into the watering can.
The dark powder may not fully dissolve. That is normal. Biochar is a physical soil ingredient, not a chemical salt, so it stays suspended in the water until poured into the soil.
Step 2: Fuel the Life
Take your Bio-Catalyst bottle and squeeze out one measured dose.
For notched bottles, squeeze until the liquid level reaches the next 1 oz notch on the label.
Pour the Bio-Catalyst into the watering can with the Soil Reef blend.
This adds the liquid portion of the system and completes the fresh mix.
Step 3: Activate & Apply
Stir or swirl the mixture for about 10 seconds.
Then pour the solution directly onto the soil at the base of your plants.
Apply until the root zone is evenly moistened. As you pour, give your watering can an occasional swirl to keep the biochar suspended and evenly distributed.
The Simple Formula
One Pouch. One Notch. One Gallon.
That is the Terracovas system.
One Soil Reef sachet.
One 1 oz dose of Bio-Catalyst.
One gallon of water.
This simple routine removes the guesswork from soil care and makes it easy to feed houseplants, raised beds, patio containers, garden beds, and outdoor plants.
Where to Use Terracovas
Indoor Houseplants
Use Terracovas on common indoor plants such as pothos, philodendrons, Monsteras, Fiddle Leaf Figs, snake plants, palms, and other potted plants.
Suggested application: 1–2 cups of mixed solution per 6-inch pot, adjusting based on pot size and soil moisture.
Patio Plants & Containers
Terracovas works well for container gardens, balcony plants, herbs, flowers, and decorative pots.
Apply directly to the soil, not the leaves, and water until the root zone is evenly damp.
Outdoor Gardens
Use Terracovas in raised beds, vegetable gardens, flower beds, and landscape plantings.
Suggested application: 1 gallon covers approximately 10–15 square feet of garden bed.
Lawns & Turf
For larger areas, Terracovas may be applied with a hose-end sprayer set to a 1 oz Bio-Catalyst per gallon dilution rate, along with the appropriate amount of Soil Reef blend.
How Often to Apply
For best results, apply every 2–4 weeks during the growing season.
Indoor plants generally need less frequent applications. Outdoor gardens, raised beds, and heavy-feeding plants may benefit from more regular use during active growth.
Avoid overwatering. Terracovas should be used as part of your normal watering rhythm, not in addition to excessive watering.
Why Separation Matters
Terracovas keeps dry and liquid ingredients apart until use.
That matters because many naturally derived plant and soil care products begin changing once everything is mixed together. Liquids can become unstable, bottles can bloat, smells can develop, and potency can fade over time.
By separating Soil Reef and Bio-Catalyst, Terracovas stays fresh until you are ready to use it.

What to Expect
Terracovas is not a quick chemical blast. It is a soil-focused routine.
With consistent use, Terracovas helps support the environment around your plant roots by adding carbon-based structure, naturally derived soil inputs, and root-zone support with every application.
You may notice healthier-looking foliage, improved plant vigor, and more consistent growth over time, especially when Terracovas is paired with proper light, watering, drainage, and plant care.
Healthy plants start with healthy soil habits.
A Few Pro Tips
Swirl as You Pour
Biochar does not dissolve. Give your watering can a quick swirl between plants to keep the Soil Reef blend evenly suspended.
Apply to Soil, Not Leaves
Terracovas is designed as a soil drench. Pour it around the base of the plant so it reaches the root zone.
Store Dry and Cool
Keep Soil Reef sachets sealed until use. Store kits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Protect Light Surfaces
Terracovas contains dark minerals and humic substances. Avoid splashing on light-colored porous stone, fabric, unfinished wood, or clothing.
Keep Out of Reach
Terracovas is made for plants, not people or pets. Keep out of reach of children and animals, avoid contact with eyes, and wash hands after handling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the black powder dissolve?
No, and that is normal. The black powder contains biochar, which is a physical soil ingredient. It stays suspended in water and then settles into the soil, where it helps support the root-zone environment.
Can I mix less than one gallon?
Yes. For a half gallon, use half a Soil Reef sachet and half a dose of Bio-Catalyst. Seal the remaining sachet tightly and keep it dry until your next use.
Does it smell?
Terracovas has a mild, earthy, slightly sweet scent from its natural ingredients. It is designed to be more indoor-friendly than many traditional fish-based or brewed organic products.
Can I use it on all plants?
Terracovas is designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants, including houseplants, flowers, herbs, vegetables, containers, raised beds, and garden beds. Always apply to the soil and adjust the amount based on pot size, plant needs, and moisture level.
How long does a kit last?
When stored properly in a cool, dry place, Terracovas kits are shelf-stable because the dry and liquid components stay separate until use.
Build Better Soil With Every Watering
