These Terms of Use, together with any additional terms, policies, notices, or guidelines referenced in them, govern your access to and use of the Terracovas website, online store, products, content, subscriptions, referral program, promotions, customer support, and related services.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Terracovas (“Terracovas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Terracovas.com, placing an order, creating an account, submitting content, participating in our referral program, or otherwise interacting with our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About Terracovas

Terracovas provides plant-care and soil-health products designed to simplify professional-grade soil amendment for home gardeners, plant parents, and outdoor growers. Our products may include two-part biological soil amendment kits, Bio-Catalyst fluids, Bio-Reef or Soil Reef dry sachets, starter kits, standard garden kits, master or pro kits, refill packs, subscriptions, educational materials, and related accessories.

Our products are intended for plant and soil use only. They are not food, medication, pesticide, animal feed, or a treatment for any human, animal, or medical condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order, create an account, participate in referral rewards, or otherwise use transactional features on Terracovas.com.

By using the website, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are legally able to enter into these Terms;

2. Any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;

3. You will use the website and products only for lawful purposes;

4. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

7. Product Use and Safety

Terracovas products are intended for use as plant-care and soil-amendment products according to the directions provided on the product packaging, inserts, website, or accompanying materials.

You agree to use Terracovas products responsibly and only as directed.

A. General Use

For best results, follow the instructions provided with your product. Terracovas products may require mixing dry and liquid components with water before application. Application rates may vary depending on the product, plant type, container size, garden size, soil conditions, season, and other factors.

Typical use guidance may include applying the mixed solution every 2–4 weeks during the growing season, but you should always follow the specific instructions included with your product.

B. Safety Cautions

Unless otherwise stated on the product label, Terracovas products should be:

1. Kept out of reach of children and pets;

2. Stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight;

3. Kept sealed until use;

4. Used only for plants and soil;

5. Handled with care to avoid contact with eyes;

6. Washed off hands after handling.

Do not ingest Terracovas products. If swallowed, contacted with eyes, or used in a way that causes concern, seek appropriate medical, veterinary, or poison-control guidance.

C. Staining and Surface Contact

Some Terracovas products may contain dark minerals, humic acid, biochar, or other natural materials that may temporarily stain clothing, light-colored surfaces, porous surfaces, pots, saucers, walkways, or decorative materials.

You are responsible for using care during mixing and application. Wipe spills promptly and test in an inconspicuous area if you are concerned about staining.

D. Plant Results

Plant results depend on many factors outside our control, including plant species, root health, watering habits, light exposure, soil condition, container drainage, weather, temperature, pests, disease, prior fertilizer use, and general care.

Terracovas does not guarantee that every plant will recover, grow faster, bloom, produce fruit, or respond in a particular way. Our products are tools to support plant and soil health, not a guarantee of specific plant outcomes.

8. Orders

When you place an order through Terracovas.com, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your cart. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, payment issues, misuse of discounts, or violation of these Terms.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders before fulfillment where necessary.

9. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions at any time without notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical issue, supplier error, or other mistake, we may cancel or adjust the order, even if the order has already been confirmed.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors, inventory constraints, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Risk of loss may pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier or delivered to the shipping address, depending on applicable law and shipping terms.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at hello@terracovas.com so we can help investigate with the carrier.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our soil science. If you do not see happier, heartier plants within 30 days of receiving your Terracovas product, you may contact us to request a refund.

Please include your name, order number, purchase date, product purchased, and a brief description of your concern.

A. Refund Eligibility

Unless otherwise required by law, refund eligibility may require:

1. A valid proof of purchase from Terracovas.com or an authorized Terracovas seller;

2. A refund request submitted within 30 days of delivery;

3. Reasonable use of the product according to instructions;

4. No evidence of fraud, abuse, resale, misuse, or policy manipulation.

B. Refund Limits

We reserve the right to limit refunds to one refund per customer, household, shipping address, or payment method where we believe the policy is being abused.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.

We may issue refunds to the original payment method, store credit, replacement product, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion and as permitted by law.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at hello@terracovas.com. We may request photos, packaging information, batch details, or other information to resolve the issue.

12. Subscriptions and Season Pass

Terracovas may offer subscription products, including a “Season Pass” or similar recurring delivery program.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Terracovas or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price, frequency, and terms shown at checkout. For example, a Season Pass may deliver a fresh kit every 4 months at a discounted rate.

A. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal price, billing frequency, product contents, shipping fees, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or in your subscription account settings.

B. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You may manage, skip, pause, update, or cancel a subscription through your account portal, through the subscription management link provided to you, or by contacting us at hello@terracovas.com.

Cancellation requests must be received before the applicable renewal charge is processed. If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, it may be treated as a completed order subject to our return and refund policies.

C. Subscription Changes

We may modify subscription offerings, prices, product contents, delivery intervals, discounts, or availability. Where required by law, we will provide notice before material subscription changes take effect.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Terracovas may offer discounts, promotional codes, launch codes, bundles, free shipping offers, referral rewards, subscription discounts, or other promotions.

Promotions are subject to the terms provided at the time of the offer and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time.

Unless expressly stated:

1. Promotions cannot be combined;

2. Promotions have no cash value;

3. Promotions may be limited to one use per customer, household, order, account, email address, payment method, or shipping address;

4. Promotions may exclude subscriptions, bundles, gift cards, sale items, taxes, shipping, or certain products;

5. Expired promotions will not be honored;

6. Promotions may be canceled in cases of fraud, technical error, abuse, or misuse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke discounts where a promotion is used in violation of these Terms.

14. Referral Program

Terracovas may offer a referral program, currently referred to as the “Grow the Community” Referral Program.

Participation in the referral program is subject to these Terms and any additional referral terms posted by Terracovas.

A. Eligibility

The referral program is available to eligible customers who have made at least one purchase on Terracovas.com, are legal residents of the United States, and are at least 18 years old.

B. How Referrals Work

Eligible customers may receive a unique referral link to share with friends or family who have never purchased from Terracovas before.

A “Qualified Referral” generally means a first-time purchase made by a new customer using a valid referral link with a minimum order value of $19.00 before shipping and taxes.

C. Referral Rewards

Unless otherwise stated:

1. The referred friend may receive $5 off their first eligible order;

2. The referring customer may receive a $5 store credit for each Qualified Referral;

3. Referral credits are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance;

4. Referral credits are non-transferable;

5. Referral credits have no cash value;

6. Referral credits cannot be redeemed for cash;

7. Referral discounts may not be combined with other offers, including launch codes or subscription discounts, unless expressly stated.

Terracovas may also offer additional referral tiers, ambassador rewards, refill-pack rewards, contests, or promotional referral incentives at its discretion.

D. Referral Restrictions

You may not:

1. Refer yourself;

2. Create multiple accounts to earn rewards;

3. Use fake names, fake emails, duplicate identities, or false information;

4. Purchase through your own referral link;

5. Use matching or manipulated IP addresses, shipping addresses, payment methods, or accounts to create artificial referrals;

6. Post referral links on coupon-dump sites, deal-abuse forums, spam channels, or unrelated public pages;

7. Use paid ads, bidding on Terracovas trademarks, misleading links, or deceptive marketing to promote referral links;

8. Spam referral links by email, text, social media, direct message, or automated systems;

9. Misrepresent your relationship with Terracovas.

We may cancel referral rewards, suspend referral accounts, revoke credits, cancel orders, or remove participants from the program if we suspect fraud, abuse, self-referral, coupon-site misuse, or violation of these Terms.

E. Program Changes

Terracovas may modify, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Earned credits issued before program termination will generally be honored for the remainder of their stated validity period unless they were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

15. Reviews, Testimonials, Photos, and User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, plant results, before-and-after images, social media tags, or other content.

By submitting content to Terracovas, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own or have the right to submit the content;

2. The content is accurate and not misleading;

3. The content does not violate the rights of any third party;

4. The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, harassing, or harmful material;

5. The content does not include confidential information or personal information of others without permission.

A. License to Terracovas

By submitting content, you grant Terracovas a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the content in connection with our website, products, marketing, advertising, social media, email, packaging, customer support, and business operations.

This means we may use customer reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or plant results in marketing materials, product pages, emails, social media, or ads, unless prohibited by law or unless we agree otherwise in writing.

B. Content Moderation

We may review, edit, reject, remove, or disable content at any time for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms, is misleading, contains inappropriate material, or may create legal or business risk.

We are not responsible for user content posted by customers or third parties.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on Terracovas.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, product descriptions, packaging designs, formulas, icons, videos, website design, layout, code, trademarks, trade dress, slogans, and other materials, is owned by Terracovas or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or use any Terracovas content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Terracovas name, logo, product names, slogans, and related brand elements may not be used without our written consent.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Terracovas.com or our services to:

1. Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;

2. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

3. Place fraudulent orders;

4. Abuse refunds, discounts, referral rewards, subscriptions, chargebacks, or promotions;

5. Interfere with website security or operation;

6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

7. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without permission;

8. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract website source code;

9. Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;

10. Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or harm others;

11. Post unlawful, obscene, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content;

12. Use Terracovas content, trademarks, or product information for unauthorized commercial purposes;

13. Resell products in a way that violates these Terms or our policies;

15. Circumvent purchase limits, geographic restrictions, or account restrictions.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including canceling orders, suspending accounts, revoking rewards, blocking access, reporting conduct to authorities, or pursuing legal remedies.

18. Resale and Unauthorized Distribution

Terracovas products are intended for personal use unless we expressly authorize wholesale, retail, affiliate, ambassador, or reseller arrangements in writing.

You may not resell, repackage, relabel, alter, dilute, separate, bundle, or redistribute Terracovas products for commercial purposes without our written approval.

Unauthorized resale may void refunds, warranties, promotions, referral credits, and customer-support remedies.

19. Educational Content

Terracovas may provide educational content about plant care, soil health, biochar, humic acid, kelp, organic gardening, fertilizer use, and related topics.

This content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional agricultural, environmental, scientific, legal, medical, veterinary, or safety advice.

You are responsible for evaluating whether our products and content are appropriate for your plants, soil, garden, household, location, and intended use.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

Terracovas.com may include links or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, e-commerce platforms, email providers, social media platforms, review platforms, referral program tools, analytics providers, and advertising networks.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, practices, security, availability, or performance.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

21. SMS, Email, and Electronic Communications

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you agree that we may contact you about orders, account matters, customer support, subscriptions, refunds, product updates, referral rewards, promotions, or other Terracovas-related matters.

Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe link in the email. SMS marketing messages may be stopped by replying “STOP,” where applicable.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices, refund communications, safety notices, account notices, or responses to your inquiries.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Availability and Website Operation

We try to keep Terracovas.com available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, outages, cyberattacks, third-party failures, inventory updates, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the website at any time without liability.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terracovas.com, website content, products, services, subscriptions, referral programs, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, on product packaging, or as required by law, Terracovas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and course of dealing.

We do not warrant that:

1. The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

2. Product information will always be complete or current;

3. Products will produce specific plant results;

4. Plants will recover from stress, disease, pests, poor soil, improper watering, insufficient light, or other conditions;

5. Website defects or errors will be corrected;

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terracovas’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, products, or services will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid to Terracovas for the product or order giving rise to the claim; or

2. $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Terracovas and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

28. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Terracovas.com, your account, your subscription, your referral participation, or your ability to use promotions at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for Terracovas, our customers, or our business.

You may stop using the website at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, user content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and payment obligations.

29. Severability
